Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • What are the shipping costs? We charge a consistent flat rate of $19.90 USD for all orders.

  • How long will it take to receive my order? The total estimated delivery time is 6–9 business days. This includes a handling time of 1–2 business days and a transit time of 5–7 business days.

  • Is there an order cutoff time? Yes, orders are processed based on a cutoff time of 12:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Do you offer expedited shipping? Currently, we provide standard shipping as our primary delivery method.

Orders & Returns

  • What should I do if my package arrives damaged? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide your order number and photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.

  • Can I change my shipping address after an order is placed? Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.

  • What is your policy on perishable items? For certain perishable products, please ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. La Salsa Market is not responsible for spoilage caused by delivery delays once the order has shipped.
